Camp Comments
“I would like to
thank you and your
family, especially
Justin, for one of
the BEST camps ever.
We’ve been to many
camps. Yours was
very well organized
and professional. We
truly appreciate the
efforts of all the
staff that
participated. My son
learned a lot
today.”

“My son LOVED it
[the camp] and felt
he got quality
feedback from the
coaches and the camp
was handled very
professionally.
...everyone we
encountered was
positive, helpful
and professional. My
son was very
impressed and I
THANK YOU ALL FOR
THAT. I don't feel
there are enough
positive role models
in professional
sports these days
and it's very nice
to see that there
are still some left.
I appreciate
Justin's background
outlined on the
website and applaud
him and his parents
for focusing first
on education. I had
my son visit the
website to learn
more about him.”
Thank you all so
very much!

"Thanks for having
me at the camp. You
and the coaches
taught me a lot of
stuff."
Justin Blalock’s ‘UnLOCK the
Potential’ All-Position Football
Camp
At precisely
9:00 a.m. on Saturday, June
25th, nearly 90 kids stampeded
the football field to start the
day of the Justin Blalock
All-Potential Football Camp. An
overcast sky and a 90 degree
temperature welcomed the campers
with with comfortable weather.
The campers were excited to
begin the stretching and drills
that could help them become
better players during their next
football season. They watched
and listened attentively to the
coaches to make sure they didn’t
miss anything!
The campers were taught by
current and former NFL players,
along with Plano High School
coaches. The camp’s special
guest was Charlie Peprah, a
safety with the Super Bowl
Champion Green Bay Packers.
Justin and Charlie played
together at Plano East Sr. High
School.
The camp always features an
academic component to it. This
year, there was a workshop on
Strength and Conditioning your
Body for Football presented by
Coach Raymond Kitchens and a
workshop on goal setting
presented by Roland Parrish, CEO
and Owner of 25 McDonalds’s
Franchises.
At the end of the camp, Brendon
Palmer and Nicholas Sloan were
named Co-Most Valuable
Players for Middle School.
Broderick Jenkins and Tre Jones
were named Co-Most Valuable
Players for High School. The
Camp Leadership Award
went to Logan Williams for
Middle School ,and for the
second consecutive year, Leo
Cervantes received the Camp
Leadership Award for High
School.
If you missed this year’s camp,
don’t miss next year’s!
